We are happy to accept returns postmarked within 30 days of shipment.
Items must be unused and in original packaging to receive a full refund.
We cannot accept returns on food items or other consumables such as our Kusmi Tea.
In the case of a defective item, please contact us by phone or email to arrange for a replacement and return merchandise authorization (RMA) for the defective item.

We ship using UPS Ground or two day air, usually within 2 business days of receiving your order, excluding holidays.
UPS requires a physical address for delivery (no P.O. Boxes).
